With the continuous development of economy,the competition among enterprises is increasingly intensified.In order to survive and develop in the fierce competition,we must keep up with the pace of The Times and adapt to the changing market and diversified customer needs.When providing products and services,enterprises should respond to customers quickly and make full use of existing resources to deliver products to customers quickly and with high quality,which is one of the ways for enterprises to survive in the fierce market competition.This paper takes the assembly line of J company S product as the research object,analyzes the existing problems of S product assembly line by using the basic theory and method of IE,and optimizes and improves it so that it can be produced in an efficient way,so as to improve the production efficiency of the enterprise and reduce the production cost.First of all,this paper has read a large number of relevant literatures,sorted out and analyzed them,and conducted in-depth research on related theories and methods.Under the guidance of theories and methods,this paper summarized the current situation of the assembly line of J company,analyzed and summarized the existing problems through job measurement and field investigation,optimized the bottleneck station and material distribution process by using industrial engineering methods,and designed the material tool frame.The standard time of each station was reduced,the operation cycle was reduced,and the production balance rate was improved.The production beat was reduced from 396 s to358.8s.However,the optimization result was not very ideal.Assembly line balancing model is established according to actual situation,constructed based on the assembly line balancing double-population genetic algorithm optimization model,and USES the classic Jackson numerical example to validate the algorithm model,after verification show that the rationality and feasibility of proposed model in this paper,at the end of the paper is based on the Matlab double-population genetic algorithm to get the m = 9,10,11,12,13 five optimization solution.By comparing various evaluation indexes,the optimization scheme m=11 was selected at last.The results showed that it was improved in all aspects,but fine-tuning was carried out to make the results more practical.Compared with the current situation,the improved industrial engineering method and the improved double-population genetic algorithm,the optimization results are evaluated qualitatively and quantitatively.Conduct the thorough research to the J company S product assembly line,the author of this paper,using the industrial engineering method combining genetic algorithm and its optimization,the results show that the research method in this paper is to solve similar assembly line balancing problem,can have certain reference significance,is effective to improve the productivity and competitiveness.
