In recent years,China's economy has developed steadily,the per capita income of residents has continuously increased,and people's consumption levels have also incre'ased.Electronic products have become a necessity in life.At present,the production mode of manufacturing enterprises is mainly semi-automatic,and the production line is the cooperation of people and machines.Therefore,the balance of production lines affects the production efficiency of enterprises.This paper takes L company's production line as the research object,finds out the imbalance of the production line of the enterprise,and applies relevant theoretical methods to optimize the production line,improving the efficiency of the enterprise.In this paper,the balance of the production line is studied by combining the simulation method of Plant Simulation,and the balance of the liquid crystal module production line is optimized.Firstly,the paper summarizes the problem of production line balance,introduces the research status of production line balance problems at home and abroad,and explains the related concepts of production line balance.Then,the status quo of the liquid crystal module production line is analyzed,and the process of the production line is analyzed by the process analysis,and the balance ratio of the production line is calculated to be 63.65%.A simulation model of the LED module production line is built by Plant Simulation,the simulation results is analyzed,and the bottleneck station is found in the production process.Secondly,in view of the problem of the liquid crystal module production line,the optimization idea of the liquid crystal module production line is proposed:the process of optimizing the production line and the application of Modolar Arrangement of Predetermined Time Standard(MOD)to improve the bottleneck station.Based on the process analysis and process program analysis production line process,the 5W1H questioning method and ECRS principle are applied to optimize the production line process.And then the optimized production line station is redistributed.Applying MOD method analyzes the action factors of the over-beat bottleneck station,combined with tlie principle of action economy,through the arrangement of the work area and the assistance of the fixture,it could optimize the invalid action and reduce the number of movements,shorten the distance of the action,and determine the standard time for the bottleneck station.Next,a simulation model is built on the optimized liquid crystal module production line to analyze the improvement effect.Finally,the improvement effect of the liquid crystal module is evaluated from three aspects:the load rate of the station,the beat,and the balance ratio of the production line.In this paper,after optimizing the balance of the liquid crystal module production line,the balance of the production line is improved,and the load of each station is more balanced.The improved equipment utilization rate has increased by 13%,the cycle time has been optimized for 2s,the daily production capacity has increased by 219,and the balance of the production line has increased by 14%.
