With the continuous improvement of digital construction in China,smartphones are playing an important role in areas such as transportation,social life,and mobile payments.Facing the current fierce market competition and rapid iteration of products,how to design and improve the production efficiency of mobile phone manufacturing enterprises is the key to the development of intelligent manufacturing workshops and digital factories for enterprises.At present,mobile phone manufacturing enterprises mainly rely on assembly line manufacturing,but the production method of assembly line can cause problems such as uneven workload and blockage of the assembly line,which can affect the production efficiency of the enterprise.By studying the balance of work load at each workstation through production line balancing,the goal of reducing waste and improving production line efficiency can be achieved.This thesis takes the A product line of X company as the research object,through the combination of industrial engineering optimization means and computer simulation technology,based on the actual situation to solve the balance problem of the A product line of X company,puts forward the improvement plan for the A product line to improve the balance rate of the production line,ultimately improve the efficiency of the production line,and achieve the goal of reducing enterprise costs and improving enterprise profits.First of all,it introduces the research status of domestic and foreign scholars on the production line balance,clarifies the research ideas of this thesis,and expounds the industrial engineering methods,production line balance and other related theories,so as to lay a theoretical foundation for subsequent research.Secondly,conduct on-site research on the production line of Product A,use the operation measurement method to measure relevant production data,and analyze the existing problems through data and on-site conditions.Thirdly,through industrial engineering related methods to optimize process procedures and process procedures,bottleneck stations are improved,and heuristic algorithms are used to rearrange stations.Finally,the optimized A product production line was simulated using Flexsim simulation software to verify the effectiveness of the above improvement plan.The above improvement measures can further provide ideas for similar enterprises to optimize and improve.By improving X Company’s A product production line,the production line balance rate and daily production capacity have been significantly improved,the smoothness index has been significantly reduced,and the working environment and employee quality have been improved,with obvious optimization effects.In order to further improve production efficiency,this thesis suggests introducing human factor engineering related improvement methods in later improvements and strengthening continuous improvement to achieve the ideal state of the production line.
