With the development of the times,the era of big data has arrived,and information technology is inseparable from daily work and life all the time,and more and more decisions will be made more and more based on data and analysis,rather than traditional experience.With the continuous penetration of the era of big data in all walks of life,various enterprises have begun to continuously increase the information construction of enterprises,complete the digitalization of enterprises,to adapt to the development of the times,so the importance of information talents is constantly highlighted.However,how to make reasonable use of the existing information talents of the enterprise,it is necessary to strengthen the construction of the existing information talent team in the enterprise,so as to continuously transport and cultivate information talents for the enterprise and indirectly enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of the enterprise.This paper takes JQ Co.,Ltd.as the research object.Firstly,the research background,research purpose and significance of the research were expounded,and the research progress related to the construction of informatization talent team at home and abroad was summarized and reviewed by searching materials and reading literature,and the research direction and research methods were clarified.Then,the basic concepts of talents and informatization talents are defined,and related basic theories such as two-factor incentive theory,fairness theory,Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory are expounded,and the process involved in talent team construction in this paper is clarified,which are talent introduction and recruitment,talent evaluation,talent training,and talent incentive.Understand the current situation of the enterprise through the method of collecting data,clarify the purpose of the investigation,and use the methods of interviews and questionnaires to investigate and analyze the status quo of the construction of the enterprise informatization talent team from the aspects of talent introduction,talent evaluation,talent training,and talent incentive;Combined with the collected data,analyze the problems existing in the construction of informatization talent team in enterprises;According to the existing problems,combined with the current situation of the enterprise,put forward targeted countermeasures,so as to optimize talent recruitment and introduction,talent evaluation,talent training,talent incentive and other systems,so as to solve the problems in the construction of information talent team in the enterprise.
