Analysis Of The Status Quo Of File Management In State-owned Enterprises

State-owned enterprises are an important part of the national economy,a key object of government support and support,and an important pillar of socialism with Chinese characteristics.Since the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the Communist Party of China,enlivening state-owned enterprises and promoting the reform of state-owned enterprises have become the top priority of China's economic system reform.In the new era,the development of state-owned enterprises is conducive to the steady progress of the socialist market economy.The main goal of the reform of stateowned enterprises is not to make the state-owned enterprises disappear in the national economy through privatization of state-owned enterprises,but to ensure that the stateowned economy realizes the dual mission of "profitability" and "publicity" on the basis of establishing effective systems.Archives are materials of preservation value formed by people in various social activities.In the process of the development and reform of state-owned enterprises,there will inevitably be different types and carriers of archival materials.Therefore,the archives of state-owned enterprises record the track of enterprise development and operation.They are important information resources and information vouchers of stateowned enterprises,and have important vouchers and reference value.Therefore,for a state-owned enterprise that wants to make profits and develop,it is of great practical significance to attach importance to the archives management within the enterprise.However,due to the reform of state-owned enterprises and the one-sided pursuit of economic benefits by enterprise leaders,the archives management of state-owned enterprises has not been given due attention,which makes the archives management lag behind other departments of enterprises and affects the effective play of the archives value of state-owned enterprises.This paper takes archives management,information management and other related disciplines as the theoretical basis,and takes B City Construction Investment Development Co.,Ltd.as a case study.Through field research,it analyses the current situation of archives management,and points out the common problems existing in the current state-owned enterprise archives management,and analyses the causes of the problems.At the end of the article,it puts forward the expectation for the future development of state-owned enterprise archives work.
