Research On The Cultivation Mode Of Informatization Talents In Construction Enterprises Based On Symbiosis Theory

With the in-depth development of the Internet era,the traditional construction industry is undergoing unprecedented technological changes and management upgrades of informatization,dataization,and intelligence.The effectiveness of construction enterprise informatization talent training and talent team building will also become a key element of the core competitiveness of construction enterprises in the new era.However,the current construction enterprise informatization talent training is facing many difficulties,including insufficient talent preparation,unclear training goals,imperfect dynamic feedback mechanism,and lack of systematic training materials.The realization of building a practical and effective talent training model will play a positive and key role in promoting the transformation and upgrading of construction enterprises and high-quality and stable development.This research is based on the symbiosis theory and carries out specific research work from the following aspectsFirst,Based on the analysis of the literature,this research expounds the concept and definition of the characteristics and training mode of BIM talent cultivation,analyzes the connotation of the symbiosis theory and its guiding significance for the development of BIM talents,and deeply analyzes the symbiosis elements of talent cultivation.Second,This research takes three representative and leading construction companies as multi-case research objects,obtain survey data on the status quo of construction company informatization talents,use SPSS22.0 to test and analyze data reliability and validity,and analyze according to symbiotic factors,and summarized the existing problems as well as influencing factors.Third,Through comparative research,it can be seen that the symbiosis status of foreign BIM talent training models is sorted out.Based on the symbiosis theory elements,a symbiosis system model is constructed with curriculum content as the core,project practice as the carrier,digital transformation as the focus,and top-level design as the guidance.Fourth,This research put forward safeguard measures and countermeasures for the symbiosis system,which enhance the collaborative innovation symbiosis unit,improve the symbiosis model of production,teaching and research,optimize the multi-dimensional symbiosis environment,and promote the transformation of the talent training model through the multi-dimensional dynamic integration.Based on the symbiosis theory,this research fully investigated the status quo of domestic and foreign construction enterprise informatization talent training,combined quantitative and qualitative research used multiple case analysis,and constructing a symbiosis system model for construction enterprise informatization talent training,put forward Safeguard measures and suggested countermeasures were provided.
