Talent is one of the most important resources in the twenty-first century.The competition of talents is the key competitive capital of all enterprises in various industries.The most important capital of enterprise development is the development and management of talents.Talent is the core strength of enterprise competition.Human resource management is regarded as one of the most important project managements for enterprises.People-oriented management system is the foundation of the growth of various types of enterprises.The establishment and perfection of human resource management system is an important guarantee to enhance the competitiveness,especially for state-owned enterprises.The reform of human resources management is an important part of the current reform of state-owned enterprises,which influences the development direction and orientation.Therefore,it is necessary to establish a more perfect system of human resource management,in order to build a solid foundation for the transformation of enterprise.As a typical state-owned enterprise,W Press has serious problems in human resource management system generated during the long-term planned economy system,such as the inadequacy of human resource management and excess human resources.In order to adapt to the development of market economy,W Press responds positivelyto thenational call to reform and perfect the human resource management under the guidance of market economy,which is a key step for the enterprise development in the direction of state-owned enterprises reform.This paper is based on the theory of human resource management,taking W Press as an object,studies the current human resource management of the publishing industry by literature,comparative analysis and case study method.Advanced human resource management experience of foreign enterprises is also studied to improve the human resource management system of state-owned enterprises.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction,mainly expounding the research background and significance,domestic and foreign research status,research object,research methods,and innovation.The second part expounds the concept and theoretical basis,as well as the main points of the paper.The third part analyzes the human resource management models of Chinese,United States and Japan enterprises.R enterprise is studies as a case in this part by drawing on advanced practice both domestic and foreign.The fourth part describes and analyzes the current situation,problems and reasons of the human resource management of W Press.Thefifth part expounds the measures and suggestions to improve the human resources optimization of W Press.
