| With the rapid development of information technology,the contribution of information technology to promoting social progress and improving economic efficiency has become more and more significant.In recent years,China has made a series of strategic decisions to develop informatization construction in a forward-looking manner and achieved fruitful results.Research on the current situation and countermeasures of electronic human resource management e-HRM in state-owned enterprises conforms to the trend of the times and China's strategic decision-making,and has important research and practical value.Taking C enterprise in Haidian District of Beijing as an example,this paper studies e-HRM in state-owned enterprises.The main innovations and contributions of the thesis are summarized as follows: Firstly,this paper summarizes the current situation of C enterprise e-HRM present situation by means of interviews and investigations,and then analyzes current situation of e-HRM in state-owned enterprises.Secondly,SWOT analysis is introduced to analyze the construction of e-HRM in state-owned enterprises.Combining theoretical research and the reality of C enterprises,the paper reveals the existing problems in e-HRM construction of C enterprises.Finally,drawing on the advanced experience and theory of e-HRM at home and abroad,the paper gives some suggestions for improvement in construction ideas and planning,system selection,improvement of management system,avoidance of risk implementation and strengthening of policy support. |
