A Study On The Improvement Of Project Management For LX Corporation

In the extreme competitive and labor-intensive consumer electronics the labor is lowering the threshold.The four pillar to maintain the sustainable of enterprise operation are resource and development ability,cost control,quality monitoring and rapid mass production ability.As a typical representative of the industry,LX corporation’s project management process and performance appraisal system cannot keep up with the needs of the company’s growth.Therefore,the optimization of the company’s project management process and performance appraisal system plays a pivotal role in the sustainable development of the enterprise.Taking LX corporation as an example,this dissertation sorts out the list of existing problems in project management through the self-analysis of the project team and the functional group,then to summarizes the major issues,including unclear benchmark conditions for project initiation,incomplete project management process and lack of support from senior managers,the bloated department organizational structure,which leading to difficult communication and coordination between departments and imperfect performance appraisal of project team and individuals.Under the guidance of the Group’s project management experts,which targeted optimization schemes in forward,including formulating the system for senior managers to participate in important nodes of the project,building a new project management process,streamlining the organizational structure.Which formulating the performance evaluation standards of project teams and individuals.Then implement the new project management process,strictly control the process,track the improvement results,and summarize the experience and lessons.this dissertation show improvement of project management process,project team and individual performance.Will help to improve employees’ sense of responsibility and work initiative,help enterprises achieve various project objectives and overall objectives,Improve enterprise benefits and industry competitiveness.It can be used as a reference for project management in manufacturing and other industries.
