Development Of The Machinery Manufacturing Industry's Knovrwledge Workers Performance Evaluation System

As a basic and strategic industry,machinery manufacturing industry relates the state and the nation's long-term interests,at the same time it measures the level of development of industrialization of a country.Not only machinery manufacturing industry can determines the national economic strength and competitiveness in the global economy,also can determines the level of a country's industrialization and modernization.In knowledge economy,knowledge workers in the machinery manufacturing industry more and more important.Since knowledge workers are different from common workers,knowledge workers have different characteristics,and different industries have different knowledge workers.Therefore,research on machinery manufacturing industry's knowledge workers performance evaluation has becomes very important.This paper firstly analyzes typical performance evaluation of machinery manufacturing industry's knowledge workers currently at home and abroad.On the basis of this research,this paper builds a performance appraisal system scientifically,effectively,reasonably,using three aspects of ability,manner,performance,and establishing four levels,a total of 38 evaluation indexes.In addition,this paper designs the software system,and the main content of system development technology,system design,database design and system interface design in detail.As far,the research production has been applied in a machinery manufacturing industry's knowledge workers performance evaluation,developing the performance evaluation system constantly and healthily.
