In recent years,Chinas communication technology has developed rapidly and has become very mature in 4G technology.The investment in research and development of 5G communication technology has also increased on a large scale.Intensifying market competition and accelerating the rate of technological change have made companies pay more attention to R&D project personnel.As an important means of effective management,the importance of performance evaluation is self-evident.This thesis takes DF Company as a research carrier and in-depth study of DF Company's R&D project performance evaluation system,which is conducive to increasing the DF Company's emphasis on R&D project performance evaluation,and also helps to explore the organic nature of performance evaluation theory and R&D project performance management practice.Combined.At the same time,it can also provide reference basis and practical ideas for enterprise practice and make performance evaluation more objective and scientific,improve the current situation of performance evaluation of DF Company's R&D project personnel,and stimulate enterprise R&D vitality.The dissertation conducts a questionnaire survey on the current status of DF's current performance appraisal.It takes the satisfaction of DF's R&D project personnel as the starting point and the relevant statistical and analytical information mastered by the questionnaire.Wait for the management to communicate and discuss the current performance evaluation management of DF companies.Based on the above-mentioned investigation,analysis and communication,it was found that the performance evaluation management of DF company's R&D projects has insufficient understanding of the performance management concepts of management and department leaders,certain flaws in performance planning and management methods,imperfect performance evaluation indicators,and performance evaluation.Indicators are not scientifically empowered.In the process of constructing a performance management system for R&D projects suitable for DF companies,in order to select the evaluation indicators suitable for the actual situation of DF companies,the literature review method and the methods discussed by the expert group will be used to supplement relevant indicators and make a questionnaire.Issue experts to evaluate their importance,and finally,based on the expert's evaluation feedback,statistically determine the performance evaluation index system for R&D projects.In the construction process,the statistical discrete coefficient method is used to determine the importance of the index and to select the evaluation index.Based on the selected indicators,the six-level indicators and 20 secondary indicators evaluation systems for level evaluation,quality management,cost control,schedule management,and output effects of research and development projects are sorted out.In this paper,the evaluation index is weighted by the analytic hierarchy process,and then the system constructed by the gray comprehensive evaluation method is used for evaluation.At the end of the article,an empirical analysis of 5G dielectric filter R&D project cases is used to obtain a basis for R&D project performance evaluation through a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods,and to verify the effectiveness of the improved system constructed.I hope to provide practical ideas and reference for other enterprises' R&D project departments.
