UnderUnder the background of economic globalization and information network,with the continuous advancement of cutting-edge technologies such as information technology and artificial intelligence,traditional manufacturing systems are gradually developing in the direction of network,intelligence and information.In the face of rapid changes in the economic market and the ever-changing requirements of consumers,traditional manufacturing systems can no longer meet the various needs of the existing.In this case,all types of enterprises have to quickly and accurately understand the market changes and improve their competitiveness.Therefore,how to use the advanced science and technology to simulate the real production system,to optimize the manufacturing process and improve the economic and safety of the manufacturing process,has important theoretical and practical significance for the enterprise.The research work done in this topic is mainly divided into the following aspects:(1)Based on the process industry,the process flow of cement production was analyzed.For the complex and variability of production process,multi-agent system model was constructed by using multi-agent technology.Also,public pool was introduced in the process of modeling which reduces the communication between agents and improves the efficiency of production.The model is mainly divided into five categories of agents: Control Center Agent,Interactive Agent,Pool Agent,Workshop Management Agent and Machine Agent.Through the collaborative competition between each other,the solution to the manufacturing process problem is completed.(2)In the aspect of algorithm application,the multi-objective particle swarm optimization algorithm and multi-agent technology was combined by replacing the particles by Agent to solve the problem,fully utilizing the advantages of two.At the same time,the global extremum was obtained by means of averaging.The solution improves the accuracy of the algorithm.(3)Based on the cement production process,a mathematical model of multi-objective optimization was established to solve the multi-objective conflict problems involved in the manufacturing process,and the production data were processed by the improved multi-objective particle swarm optimization algorithm.Meanwhile,the communication mechanism between each agent in MAS was discussed,and the specific implementation technology was given based on JADE development platform.
