As the core industry of information technology,the software industry plays an important role in the development of the national economy and society.However,during the implementation of software projects,problems such as unclear project scope,frequent changes,project schedule delays,project cost overruns,poor project quality,and loose project process management,which also led to increasing project failure rates.To analyze the causes of project failure,project performance evaluation has important theoretical and practical significance.Many current performance studies are biased towards the construction of a post-project evaluation index system,focusing on the effectiveness of project investment returns and the success or failure of project results,and not focusing on evaluation of the project management process.The post-project evaluation mechanism cannot provide early warning and decision-making for the timely organization-level project management agency,and the project management process evaluation is to promote process improvement,discover project problems in time,and remedy them in time.Combining the characteristics of software projects,this paper puts forward the research direction of project management process performance evaluation based on comprehensive evaluation method,which not only provides supplements for performance evaluation theory,but also provides new research ideas for software project performance evaluation.This paper adopts the literature research method,expert consultation method,and personal work experience to select the core key factors in the project management process to construct the basic framework of the indicator system.At the same time,the Delphi method is used to choose and modify the software project process performance evaluation indicators.Finally,7 key factors and 22 sub-indices of software project management process performance evaluation indicators have been determined.Because the evaluation index contains both quantitative and qualitative indexes,and many factors have the characteristics of being difficult to quantify and ambiguous.In order to satisfy the effective performance evaluation of the software project management process,this article firstly uses the analytic hierarchy process to determine the index weight,secondly uses the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate,and finally selects H company to implement the project and uses the constructed performance evaluation model to evaluate,To verify the effectiveness and rationality of the evaluation mechanism. |
