Research On Project Evaluation Model For Manufacturing Industry

In recent years,China gradually is becoming the world manufacturing center with the development of world economy,which makes Chinese manufacturing industry facing more and more intense market competition,the original functional management and control mode has been unable to satisfy requirements of the company’s management.Project management mode makes the project management as the main line to integrate the resource from the various departments for unified management,as an important tool for enterprise management innovation,it can effectively improves the internal management level,and promotes company’s overall competitiveness.As an important part of project management activity,project evaluation’s main function is to the whole project management activities to carry on the scientific evaluation,according to certain evaluation content and standard of project execution and management situation of objective response,it will find out the problems existing in the management and could make up for deficiency pointedly,which has great significance for improving the enterprises’ internal management and promoting the competitiveness of enterprises.At first,this article made the study for traditional project evaluation methods,based on which,combining the feature of manufacturing industry project management and management requirement from CRRC ZY CO.LTD.(hereafter referred to as CRRC ZY),it preliminary constructs the project evaluation index system,which laid a solid foundation for achieve effective evaluation of project management in manufacturing enterprises.Secondly,By way of the questionnaire,it analyzed the survey result with the membership value method,the evaluation indexes were selected according to the analysis result,and adopted AHP to quantify all the index weights,ultimately confirmed the whole evaluation system.Thirdly,based on the evaluation model,it designed one set project evaluation software with details,including software evaluation function structure,system evaluation process and foundation database,and it has achieved the development.Finally,collecting the nine key locomotive project from CRRC ZY,which were carried out the applied study by evaluation software,through the contrastive analysis for evaluation result of old and new evaluation system,it has verified the feasibility and correctness of evaluation system,and it provided some management advices against management problem from evaluation,preliminary has achieved the target for management improvement of manufacturing enterprises.
