Research On Software Project Risk Management Of By Internet Company

The study of risk management of Internet software development projects focuses on the impact of various uncertainties in its process on project outcomes.Meanwhile,with the continuous development of Internet information technology,more and more industries are undergoing digital and Internet transformation.In such an environment,the demand for Internet software development projects is rapidly increasing,which is reflected in:users’ demand for Internet software product experience,demand for Internet software stability,demand for instant data timeliness and demand for diversification of controllable content.As the number and complexity of software development projects in the market grows,unpredictable factors also continue to rise,thus making the risk of the project more severe.In order to effectively reduce these unpredictable factors,Internet companies take measures to incorporate risk management into the software development process in order to achieve better project results.Taking the software development project of BY Internet Company as an example,this study analyses the current status of software risk management at home and abroad in conjunction with the concept of risk management for general software development projects.By adopting the method of questionnaire,this study will summarise the overall development of BY Internet Company’s software project,identify potential risk factors and evaluate them,and finally compile a list of risk factors for the project.Based on the list of risk factors,this study develops corresponding risk response strategies in terms of requirements,technology and management,and so on.At the same time,the risk process is monitored and adjusted through the morning stand-up meeting system and the weekly summary meeting system.Eventually,this research forms a set of scientific and effective risk management method,which is applicable to BY Internet company software projects.The results of this research are of practical significance,not only providing effective reference for the risk management of BY Internet Company’s software projects,but also providing a reference for the risk management problems of data service software projects faced by other Internet companies when they carry out project development.These experiences and methods can be adopted and applied by companies and projects in other industries and fields to improve the efficiency and reliability of project risk management.
