Research On Risk Management Of RY Company’s Big Data Platform Upgrade Project

With the continuous development of business,RY company has accumulated a large scale and various types of data.The current big data platform can no longer meet the needs of certain businesses in terms of functions and performance.After in-depth research and evaluation,RY company decided to make big data The platform is being upgraded.At the time of writing,the project is in the start-up and preparation stages.Because the project is relatively complex and has some risk factors,it is necessary to do risk management research on the project.This article is based on modern risk management theories and methods,combined with the specific background and characteristics of RY’s big data platform upgrade project,and conducts a full-process risk management study on the project with the ideas of risk identification,risk assessment,risk response,and risk monitoring..First,the current situation of risk management of RY company’s big data platform upgrade project was studied,and the existing problems in risk management of the project were analyzed.Based on these issues,a targeted risk management plan is then designed and implemented.In the risk identification stage,the brainstorming method was first used to initially determine the list of risk factors,and then a team of experts was invited to use the Delphi method to determine the final list of risk factors.Finally,a total of 15 risk factors in 7 categories were identified.In the risk assessment stage,the Delphi method,risk matrix assessment method and expert judgment method are comprehensively used to evaluate risk factors,and the severity level of each risk factor is evaluated.In the risk response stage,response measures are formulated based on the specific circumstances of each risk factor.Risk monitoring needs to be carried out throughout the project cycle,and project risks are tracked and monitored by regularly organizing project risk review meetings.Finally,the risk management implementation effect of the project was evaluated.The risk management of the project achieved significant results and promoted the smooth implementation of the project.Through the whole-process risk management research on the big data platform upgrade project,the paper can effectively control the occurrence of risk events,reduce the impact of risks,ensure the smooth implementation of big data platform upgrade project,and at the same time enrich RY company’s risk management system,and provide reference for the risk management of similar projects.
