Research On Progress And Communication Management Of Z Company’s Advertising Platform Project

Company Z is a leading company in the domestic smart hardware industry.The advertising middle-end project was approved in early 2021,and it needs to deliver advertising SDK(Software Development Kit,hereinafter referred to as SDK)products for the company’s six Apps(Application,hereinafter referred to as App).)to integrate and use.In terms of schedule management,the advertising mid-end project needs to complete several iterations before the e-commerce festival.There are many project development links.In order to ensure quality and quantity and on-time delivery,it is not easy to control using traditional project schedule management methods.It has There is a certain management difficulty,so this article studies project schedule management.In terms of communication management,this project involves crosscompany,cross-industry,and cross-department communication.There are nearly 80 people involved in the project.Information asymmetry and biased understanding of needs often occur,which will cause a waste of human resources and damage the team.The combat effectiveness has been reduced,which ultimately led to the failure of the project.Communication management has certain particularities,so this article also studies project communication management.This article uses the research method of questionnaire survey to sort out the problems existing in the current project progress and communication management.In terms of progress management,the development method of agile development was introduced,and a project management system based on agile development was designed:a project team was formed based on agile development;the entire project development process was redesigned and a burn-down chart was drawn.progress management;and established a project meeting mechanism.In terms of communication management,the communication management system was designed:a detailed communication plan method,a method for customizing communication methods for project stakeholders,a method for analyzing the results of communication results of stakeholder needs,and a method for managing communication results were developed.This middle-end project has obvious difficulties in progress and communication,so we conducted research on these two aspects and proposed a set of project schedule management system design and communication management system design based on agile development.Other middle-end projects or Projects involving multi-party communication can refer to this system to ensure the smooth completion of the project.
