Research On Application Of Agile Development Management In Software Development Project Of Z Center

With the continuous development of computer technology,a variety of software applications have penetrated into the operation of enterprises in all aspects of the process.As for the actual operation of enterprises in a variety of individual needs,the traditional software companies developed by the common software often can not meet the demand.More and more enterprises began to carry out custom software work,combined with the actual operation of the enterprise process,a separate development of the corresponding software system.3,the short duration requirements,4,developers are not stable,5,the budget is generally not high.1,the demand for changeable,2,small size,3,short duration requirements,4,developers are not stable.As such software development projects have these characteristics,therefore,for the management of such projects does not apply to focus on process control management methods,such as CMM.Agile development(Agile Development)is a human-centered,iterative,step by step method of development,is ideal for this small-scale software project development.Z center R & D team's software development project is small,less investment,short duration requirements,developers,is a typical small-scale projects.In this kind of small-scale project practice,it is found that for this type of project,the traditional waterfall flow model has problems such as project schedule lag,project completion quality is not high,and communication efficiency is low.In order to solve these problems,Z center in the development of product competitiveness index calculation system project,in order to solve the problem of traditional waterfall flow development model,the introduction of the idea of agile development of the project management.And finally the successful implementation of agile development model on this project,an effective solution to the problems.Based on Agile Development 12 and Adaptive Project Management Lifecycle Theory and Adaptive Project Management Lifecycle Model,this paper reveals the key factors of Scrum implementation in agile project management,which can be applied in future Scrum implementation.A valuable reference.
