In recent years,China attaches great importance to the construction of social security prevention and control system,and there are many new changes and characteristics in the development of security industry.With the complex market demand,security software system needs more and more rapid response ability.Agile development,which can embrace change and respond quickly,is more adaptive to the current popular microservice software system.It can quickly transform customer needs into available software products.At the same time,the external environment of the security industry has affected the security business of Honeywell.In order to regain a large share of the market,the security software team of Honeywell must improve the management strategy of the new team,so as to create a new security software system that can meet the market demand better.This paper studies the management improvement strategy of Honeywell Security software project team based on agile development.First of all,through in-depth interviews with relevant personnel and analysis of feedback information,it is found that existing team management has problems in achieving target needs,undertaking large project projects,meeting multi customers and multi versions,spontaneously overcoming difficulties,etc.;secondly,combining interview information and domestic and foreign literature,it develops scale measurement tools,and analyzes various changes with the data collected in the form of questionnaire survey Under the influence of quantitative factors,this paper finds out the causes of problems in the security software project team of Honeywell company: team conflict makes it difficult to achieve individual or organizational goals and needs,team scale is weak,which makes it difficult to cope with large-scale project engineering,team collaborative development workflow is poor,which makes it difficult to meet the needs of multiple customers and multiple versions,team obstacles make it difficult to spontaneously organize to overcome difficulties,etc.In view of the causes of these problems,this paper uses the relevant team management theory,(self)organization management theory,project management theory,agile development management and other basic strategies to solve the problems.Specifically speaking: Based on the analysis of personal and organizational characteristics of Honeywell's security software team,this paper puts forward strategies to solve conflicts,so as to achieve the goals and requirements of individuals and teams.Based on the comparative analysis of the most popular large-scale agile framework,this paper puts forward an agile framework strategy suitable for team scale to realize team undertaking and implementing larger software project engineering.Based on the comparative analysis of the most popular code development collaborative workflow mode,this paper puts forward a team code development collaborative workflow strategy to meet different customers and different functional requirements of the software version.Based on the analysis of the agile self-organization characteristics of Honeywell Security software team,this paper puts forward the strategies to remove the team obstacles,so that the team members can spontaneously organize to overcome the difficulties.At the same time,this paper gives the relevant guarantee measures from the aspects of team culture system,agile team expertise,self-organization management,etc.
