Research On Agile Development Management Of Y Company’s Automobile Trading Website Project

Agile development emphasizes the participation and communication of end users.It is a development method that takes user needs as the core and continuously provides users with deliverable products.Agile software development method is to jump out of the technical framework and improve the pursuit of flexibility and responsiveness from the perspective of business requirements and management.Its characteristic is to deal with the uncertainty of business requirements at any time.These uncertainties are reflected in many aspects:such as the uncertainty of the global economic environment,the industry orientation of national policies,changes in the pattern of market competition,frequent changes in users’ individual needs,the adjustment of organizational structure and the replacement of employees,etc.The traditional mode pays attention to the design first,taking into account all possible situations,while agile is to meet the requirements,constantly adjust the design in the development process,and continuously improve the code quality through continuous refactoring,so as to adapt to frequent product iterations.By analyzing the current situation of the project management of Y company’s automobile trading website,this paper combs some problems and deficiencies of the project at this stage,and then solves the problems existing in the project through the reconstruction of the project team management,communication mechanism,development process and auxiliary tools by scrum agile development method,so as to make the project team better adapt to the rapid changes in the needs of Internet projects,It solves some shortcomings and limitations of traditional waterfall development.The conclusion of the paper proves that the on-time delivery rate,customer satisfaction,team performance and cohesion of Y company’s automobile trading website have been significantly improved after using the agile development method.
