With the continuous improvement of automobile network integration and intellectualization,the automobile software becomes more and more complex,and the quality control of automobile software projects becomes more and more difficult.In addition,the increasing demand of customers for automobile software and the changing demand caused by the changeable market environment,all these factors improve the difficulty of automobile software quality management as a whole.The research work carried out in this thesis is to improve the quality level of automobile software and reduce the risk of software defects through more detailed customer needs analysis in the early stage of the software project.The research work has practical significance.Firstly,this thesis expounds the current situation of software quality control at home and abroad and the six sigma Design(DFSS)method adopted by Company A to control the quality of automobile software.Secondly,it focuses on the process steps of DFSS and the quality tools applied in each stage,and analyses the feasibility of applying this method in the field of automobile software quality management.Taking the software project of electric compressor developed by Company A as an example,through the analysis and classification of actual software defect data,using causal analysis method,through the six dimensions of human,machine,material,method and ring,the thesis identifies that the root cause of the poor software quality of the project is the insufficiency of software functional requirement analysis and software quality risk control means.Therefore,in the new project,based on the DFSS quality management method,in view of the software functional requirements,the thesis uses the professional questionnaire website to design the customer requirement questionnaire in the identification stage,obtains the customer's functional requirements of the software,collects the basic data of the quality function deployment model through the questionnaire,establishes the quality function deployment model in the design stage to sort the customer requirements,and then ranks them.Transform into technical features to ensure that the designed software meets customer needs.In view of software quality risk control,this thesis uses software FMEA tool to compile software failure table for electric air conditioning compressor,and adopts corresponding measures for high severity items,so that the software quality failure risk with high defect severity can be basically eliminated in the later stage of the project.Finally,this thesis uses the measurement and evaluation method of software engineering to meet the demand instability,development efficiency and software failure number.As a quality measurement index of software project,the quality effect of automobile software improved by DFSS is tested and evaluated at different stages of vehicle verification,and the effectiveness of this method in quality management of automobile software project is verified.In this thesis,DFSS method is used to emphasize in-depth customer demand analysis at the beginning of software design,to ensure that the functions of the software meet customer expectations,and to strictly ensure the realization of customer requirements and quality risk control in the process of software development.The application data prove that this method is effective and can provide reference for other software companies to develop automotive software and improve the quality level.
