Research On Smartphone System Development Project Quality Management Of M Company

With the rapid development of the mobile internet industry and the increasing saturation rate of smartphones,the competition among companies in the smartphone industry is becoming more intense.At the same time,people’s demand for smartphone products is gradually shifting from curiosity and experimentation to rationality and practicality,and their requirements for product quality are constantly increasing.Therefore,smartphone companies not only need to keep up with the cutting-edge technology of the industry and maintain their products’ leadership in new functions and technologies but also need to strengthen their own quality management level,continuously improve product quality,and provide better user experience.This thesis first reviews the relevant theories of quality management,then analyzes the current software quality management status of M Company’s mobile phone project,and analyzes the existing problems,including incomplete organizational structure,inadequate coverage of user real-scenario testing,low quality awareness and technical level,and insufficient of process for handling user feedback issues.Based on the PDCA cycle of quality management,corresponding quality management improvement plans are formulated for the four stages of planning,execution,inspection,and handling.The effectiveness of quality management improvement was evaluated,and finally,future research prospects were proposed.
