Research On Quality Management Improvement In Software Development Of A Company

With the rapid development of modern network technology,software as a service carrier of software development companies has become more and more important,and software quality has also received more and more attention from modern enterprises.At the same time,the development mode of front-end and back-end separation has become the mainstream.Front-end engineers,as a profession that has emerged in the past ten years,play an important role in the software development process.Since the work of front-end engineers determines the user’s first impression of the software,it further affects the overall satisfaction with the software.Company A has researched the imperfections of small and medium-sized enterprises in the recruitment process of front-end engineers,and combined with its own business needs,developed and launched the product of the front-end engineer evaluation system,it meets the needs of enterprise customers in the recruitment stage,In order to enable the product quality of the front-end engineer evaluation system to meet the ever-changing market demands,Company A adopts the agile development method,and simultaneously introduces the quality management standard model CMMI-DEV V2.0 that integrates the agile development guidelines as the evaluation system.Based on the theoretical model of quality management in research and development,the CMMI-DEV V2.0 practice domain is integrated into the product development process to ensure the quality of software products.This paper first introduces the structure and functions of the front-end engineer evaluation system products of Company A,and then conducts an in-depth analysis in combination with the existing software development management system,and uses the causal analysis method to screen out the key factors currently affecting the quality of Company A’s software products.Assemble internal experts for investigation and discussion to identify the core issues that affect software quality.Combined with the practical guidance of the CMMIDEV V2.0 model practice domain,the problem is analyzed,and the corresponding optimization solution is given.In addition,the PDCA cycle is continuously used in the quality management process for continuous quality assurance improvement.Finally,compared and analyzed the quality management data generated in the software development process before and after the implementation,and concluded that the CMMI-DEV V2.0 model has a significant effect on the quality improvement of software products using the agile development method Scrum.The research process of this paper focuses on how to carry out effective quality management for software product development using the agile software development framework Scrum,and at the same time practices the improvement and optimization of quality management in agile software development made by the CMMI-DEV V2.0management model.It has certain reference significance for companies that hope to adopt CMMI for agile software quality management in the future.
