M Mobilephone System Test Project Quality Management Process Research Based On PDCA

With the rapid development of mobile communication industry and the development of mobile software products,the quality of mobile software has become one of the most important factors in the market of software products.In the process of software development,the most important part of ensuring software quality is software testing,which is the most important factor affecting the quality of the whole software product.Therefore,ensuring test quality is the key to ensure the whole development process and final product quality of mobile software products.With the fast development of the communications industry,mobile phone software also are becoming more and more complicated,diversity,the quality problem of the mobile phone software has been gradually deepening,mobile phone software testing has been from the late only to participate in the final debugging to participate in the whole lifecycle of the software development,at the same time in standardized tests and sustainability also enhance unceasingly.By reforming the traditional quality management M phone system test project in the process of analysis,this paper chooses the quality of the PDCA cycle management approach to improve the traditional quality management method,the quality management is divided into four stages,planning phase,implementation phase,the inspection stage,the stage of processing.With the project quality management problems that exist in the analysis in the above four stages,formulate solutions,implement the solution,check whether the results of the scheme to achieve goals,and making the eventually experience summarize and standardize,bringing legacy to the next round of cycle.In this way,the original quality problem was solved through the circulation of PDCA,and new problems were brought into the next cycle to be solved,so that the quality was stepped up.This article through to M mobile phone system test including serious quality management problems in the test cases cover is not complete,defect is repeated,testers such problems as lack of ability to carry on the analysis,and using the method of PDCA cycle,quality management,established for M phone system test project quality management plan.And sums up the relevant experience in implementation process and standardization documents,so that in the later test quality management can use or reference to related documents,after testing work of high quality.
