Design And Implementation Of A Supplier Management System Based On Supplier Association Identification

According to the requirements put forward by Yuntianhua Group to enable transparent material purchase and enhance electronic transactions,this paper first investigates the management needs of suppliers in various procurement units based on the existing material purchase management system.Second,by comparing with the operational modes and management experience of top Chinese e-commerce platforms,the paper analyzes the problems of supplier management.Finally,by using information technologies such as data analysis,network resource allocation,and system modeling,a supplier management system is developed on which suppliers can conduct review management,certification management,bidding quotations,evaluation management,management of relationship identification,and file management.The design and implementation of the supplier management system have standardized the company's supplier management and further ensure fair material transactions on the platform.In particular,the relationship identification system for suppliers designed and developed in this paper can automatically recognize associated suppliers,preventing them from being invited in the same procurement project or bidding for the same target,which improves the risk control of together-conspired bidding and contacting bidding among suppliers and promotes the competition on the platform,thus enhancing the sophisticated management of the procurement business on the platform.
