With the rapid development of the electric porcelain industry,the monitoring of the electric porcelain production information has become more and more important.Mastering the production information helps enterprise managers to timely understand the actual production situation of the electric porcelain industry site,convenient to adjust the production plan in time,and can judge whether the industrial site production is normal according to the actual production information,which is of great significance for the intelligent transformation of the electric porcelain industry.At present,the digital level of Chinese enterprises is constantly improving,and many industries have made great breakthroughs in the monitoring of production information,which puts forward higher requirements for the revolution of intellectualized and informationized electric porcelain industry.Therefore,in order to improve the level of intelligent production,it is necessary to develop production information monitoring system based on the electric porcelain industry.Combining with the actual production situation of an electric porcelain enterprise in Jiangxi,the problems of poor information collection and storage system and low information monitoring level in the production process were learned.In order to solve the above problems,a series of methods and technologies are used to develop a comprehensive monitoring system for electric porcelain production information.The main work completed is as follows:(1)Overall system design.Based on the understanding of the manufacturing process and production status of an electric porcelain enterprise in Jiangxi,the system requirements analysis and design objectives were clarified,and the system architecture design and function design were completed.(2)Storage subsystem design.Aiming at the problem of poor information collection and storage system,based on the detailed analysis and research of the production information in the process of porcelain production,the information input method and storage rules are designed,and the database is designed.(3)Monitoring subsystem design.In view of the low level of information monitoring,the monitoring end uses the Web end and the APP end,realizes some functions of the Web end to the APP end,and both ends jointly monitor the production information of electric porcelain.(4)Design of management subsystem.Set the system user information and page display location,bind the user role information and authorized users can view the page range,and modify the user password.(5)SQL Server database was used,Visual Studio and Android Studio were used as the development environment at the Web and APP ends,HTML and XML were used as the front-end languages,and C# and Java were used as the back-end programming languages to complete the research and development of the electric porcelain production information comprehensive monitoring system.The system has been put into operation in practical projects,and the system is applied well.
