In China,the electric porcelain enterprises belong to the traditional industry with high energy consumption,the task of energy conservation and emission reduction is very arduous,and the informatization level of the electric porcelain enterprises is relatively low,the managers can not grasp the energy use situation of the electric porcelain enterprises in time,resulting in low energy use efficiency,therefore,the development of a set of energy management which can not only realize the real-time data collection,but also intuitively display the energy consumption of each production link The system is very necessary.For production enterprises,it is of great significance to fulfill good social responsibility,formulate scientific energy-saving measures and improve their own competitiveness.This paper takes a large-scale ultra-high voltage insulator production line intelligent manufacturing new mode demonstration project of Jiangxi electric porcelain as the research object.Based on the intelligent management platform of electric porcelain enterprises,the energy management system is designed and developed.It is mainly responsible for the collection,monitoring,statistics and analysis of energy data,and is an important part of the intelligent management platform.This paper mainly designs and develops the data acquisition subsystem,database subsystem and client subsystem of the electric porcelain enterprise energy management system.The main work is as follows:(1)Combined with the production process of electric porcelain and the actual situation of electric porcelain enterprises,the demand analysis of the energy management system of electric porcelain enterprises is made from the requirements of system construction scope,function and performance.(2)According to the hardware configuration of the production site of the electric porcelain enterprise,the design of the overall structure of the energy management system and the design of the network connection mode between each part of the system hardware and the system is completed;according to the analysis of the system requirements,the design of the main function architecture of the system is completed.Through the analysis and design of the system,the system is divided into three parts: data acquisition subsystem,database subsystem and client subsystem.The main functional architecture of the energy management system andthe functional modules of each subsystem are introduced.(3)By analyzing the energy structure and energy flow direction of electric porcelain enterprises,the selection of energy data monitoring points is completed,the data collection and data calculation functions of the data collection subsystem,the database table classification design and storage functions of the database subsystem,and the detailed design of the energy data monitoring,energy data statistics and energy consumption analysis functions of the client subsystem.(4)The program realizes the collection,calculation,statistics,storage and display of energy data,and provides an energy management software system integrating energy data monitoring,energy data statistics,energy consumption analysis and public data setting for the electric porcelain enterprises,which improves the informatization level of enterprises.At present,the system has been successfully applied to an electric porcelain Co.,Ltd.with good operation effect,improve the level of enterprise informatization.
