The Establishment Of Enterprise Information Platform For Dongfang Catch Electric Corp.

Dongfang Catch Electric Corp. is a new style high-tech enterprise whichmanufactures high voltage power inverter primarily,and whose technology keeps ahead of the world. Based on analyzing the enterprise's manufacturing feature,business style,market location,this dissertation shows that it is an indispensability condition of enterprise developing that becoming information enterprise,especially information manufacturing. At the same time it brings forward a set of rules and methods of becoming information enterprise after summing up the virtue and fault of business software.The enterprise's manufacturing features are that depending on key technology and designing,many more variety and quantity of parts,belonging to assembly plant of single,no mass manufacturing. To meet the needs of manufacturing features,a whole layout of enterprise information platform is designed under the directing of CIM,MRPII,JIT,BPR and ERP. The implementing plans in the whole layout are proposed.Two tasks of current stage are made certain in the stage plan and have been carried out. One of it is that the PDS on enterprise and computer system configuration have been brought into effect. The other one is to find out MIS configuration and flows,which are adapted to the demand of enterprise function through studying the information flow,physical flow and capital flow.According to the MIS configuration and flows,DFMIS-1 software system has been programmed which is composed of inventory management subsystem,purchasing management subsystem and manufacturing schedule management subsystem. Through studying deeply manufacturing schedule management,we find a way to make MRPII and JIT be jointed together into manufacturing schedule and monitoring block. The study discusses especially how to make certain the producing period of all of component during dynamic manufacturing with methods of JIT and "electronic bulletin",how to get true capability of implementing plans in all working procedure section,and how to empower monitoring manufacturing in order to avoiding break between working procedure sections.After had been being debugged and improved several times,DFMIS-1 system bad been run formally. The benefit resulting from running of this system proves that the research way is correction,the method of realizing system function is feasible and the system has life force. The DFMIS-1 system has laid the foundation of extending entirely works for becoming information enterprise.
