Equipment is an important part of manufacturing productivity,and plays an important role in asset possession,safety and quality and development prospects.With the continuous development of domestic electric porcelain manufacturing industry,the electric porcelain enterprises have accelerated the pace of intelligent production and introduced new intelligent production equipment,which puts forward new requirements for equipment management of electric porcelain enterprises.Therefore,improving the information level of equipment management is an important guarantee for the enterprises to realize the intelligent production and manufacturing.In this paper,based on the intelligent manufacturing production line of an electric porcelain enterprise in Jiangxi Province,aiming at the characteristics of low level of equipment management informatization and insufficient data utilization of the production line,the equipment management subsystem of the electric porcelain intelligent manufacturing demonstration project is designed and developed within the framework of production process execution system(MES).The main research contents are as follows:(1)The overall framework of the system is designed,including database subsystem and application program.The database is divided into management information database,energy information database,operation information database and system setting database.The application program includes account management module,maintenance information management module,operation information management module and system management module.(2)According to the production process of electric porcelain and the demand of equipment management on site,the data types and characteristics of equipment data are analyzed,and the structure design of database is completed.(3)It realizes the informatization of traditional equipment management business such as equipment account management and equipment maintenance information management,and combines the operation status and parameters of equipment with equipment management.It develops the functions of real-time monitoring and equipment alarm,which improves the timeliness of fault handling and the safety of on-site production.Making full use of equipment energy consumption data and production process data,the functions of equipment operation analysis,equipment operation information record query,start-up and shut-down record query are developed,which provide accurate and reliable data basis for electric porcelain enterprises to analyze equipment operation and formulate reasonable equipment maintenance plan.(4)The system adopts.Net development framework and B/S(Browser/Server)development mode,takes SQL server as database platform,visual studio 2012 as programming environment,uses HTML5 language and Java Script script to develop front-end interface,C# development language for background program business processing,and uses web service technology to ensure the stable transmission of real-time data.The system has been put into use in an electric porcelain enterprise in Jiangxi Province,and the application is good.
