Research And Application Of Electric Power Information System Monitoring Platform

Various information systems have emerged in an endless stream,resulting in a sharp increase in network equipment with the deepening of informatization in China's power industry.Therefore,the power grid environment has become more and more complex and difficult for administrators to work with.And the workload is also increased.How to effectively monitor the network performance,network devices,servers and databases in the power industry and how to implement a safe and efficient manage system into the network has already become an urgent problem.First of all,this thesis introduces the current research situation of the monitoring platform and software and five functions of network monitoring and management.It mainly studies the management model of SNMP protocol and the basic principles of SNMP protocol for the design and implementation of the monitoring platform.Then,the paper investigates the recent status of power information system network and the main problems in daily management of Gansu Electric Power Company.At the same time,the paper analyzes the functional requirements and non-functional requirements of the system in detail.Based on the demand investigation and analysis,the whole system architecture has been designed and work flow has been analyzed.According to the functional structure,the modules such as data acquisition,network performance monitoring,server monitoring,database monitoring,alarming have been designed.The detailed design of the database has also been carried on.Finally,based on the detailed requirements and system module design,the development environment and system operating environment have been established.The key functions of the power information system monitoring platform and the monitoring and alarming of the indicators have been realized.The service quality and the efficiency of the network management of Gansu Electric Power Company has been improved.And the platform also reduces the difficulty of network management and the workload of the network administrator.
