Oracle Portal provide a single entrance on visiting all the information resources of the enterprise, also a personal information service, which allows each person inside and outside the enterprise to visit the information they needed through the entrance. The Portal has many main functions characteristics which can band all the applications, personnel, information and the flow of the enterprise together, and then offer a workable idea and solution to the development of the information work.The paper introduces the collectivity designed object in the realization of electric power enterprise information portal in Liaoning province, and introduced the characteristics of J2EE frame and the mostly technology which involved in the exploitation, also introduced Oracle company make the realization of J2EE frame. The author mainly discussed the unified authentication and the Single sign-in technology, also how to use the Oracle technology in single sign-in and the process of building data stocks in data transfer in different applications systems. Finally, the author introduces the exploitation and conformity in details of the electric power enterprise information Portal, also the realization process.
