With the rapid development of economy and society,the production management of many enterprises is changing towards the direction of relying on advanced technology.At the same time,the introduction of "made in China 2025" has brought unlimited development opportunities for the traditional production industry.Many manufacturing industries in China are making a series of changes in production management.Electric porcelain companies are also following in the footsteps of smart manufacturing to make changes.As a major country in the production of electric porcelain,in order to further improve the effective management of the industry and the operational efficiency of production,it is imperative to develop a production management system based on intelligent manufacturing.This paper aims at the characteristics of low production level of various production processes and departments of electric porcelain enterprises,adopts Visual Studio 2012 development tools and SQL Server 2012 database and other development tools to research and develop the production management system of electric porcelain intelligent manufacturing demonstration project.Mainly completed the following work:(1)Completed the overall structure and function design of the system.On the basis of understanding the production process of electric porcelain,according to the characteristics of the current electric porcelain industry in China,the overall design of the electric porcelain production management system is designed.The system mainly includes three subsystems including data acquisition subsystem,database subsystem and client subsystem,and has designed a detailed functional structure for each subsystem.(2)Completed the functional design of the database subsystem.According to the functions completed by the production management system and the characteristics of data classification,the database is divided into three types of databases: management information database,process information database and system setting database,and a reasonable logical structure is designed for various database tables.(3)Completed the functional design of the data acquisition subsystem.The production information monitoring points are divided into three categories: equipment information,production process information and inspection information,and the three types of information are collected.The data acquisition subsystem mainly includes a data acquisition module,a data cache upload module,and a host shutdown alarm module.The data acquisition module includes two parts: OPC acquisition data and general data entry.(4)Completed the functional design of the client subsystem,using the.NET framework.The included functions mainly include comprehensive monitoring,production statistics,production scheduling,quality management and system setting modules.These five modules complement each other to achieve the purpose of production management of electric porcelain enterprises.The system has been successfully applied in an electric porcelain enterprise,and the application effect is good.
