With the steady progress of the national smart grid construction, some power companies began to strengthen the construction of distribution network automation, and the establishment of advanced management information system to achieve automation of distribution network. TJ electric power company as a branch of the China State Grid Corp, is currently in the distribution network automation has made efforts, and achieved some results. But in the field of energy information collection and monitoring, it is still not up to the management of centralization, intelligence and automation. Therefore, TJ power company urgently needs according to the present situation of enterprise management development a set of electric energy information acquisition and monitoring system, to realize the electric energy information real-time acquisition and monitoring, reduce the loss, to strengthen assessment of transmission line, improve the economic efficiency of enterprises.This topic according to TJ electric power company electric energy information collection and monitoring the status quo, and users of electric energy information collection and intelligent control and automation needs, using J2EE architecture, SSH framework, Oracle database management system, in MyEclipse 10 software development platform, based on the realization of the B/S structure of the electric energy information acquisition and monitoring system. System in terms of function according to the actual needs of users, and in accordance with the principle of "high cohesion and low coupling", the system is divided into six modules, namely file management module, operation and management module, data application module, line loss management module, statements management module and system management module. These modules to realize remote intelligent acquisition and monitoring of the electrical energy information, and through the main station system can remote flexible adjustment of intelligent acquisition terminal equipment parameter, then through the communication channel of remote distributed intelligent terminal equipment acquisition. At the same time, the master station system can obtain the information of the electric energy in the intelligent acquisition terminal equipment by the data acquisition function. The realization of these functions effectively improves the intelligence and automation of electric energy information collection and monitoring.
