Research On The Construction And Development And Utilization Of Village-level Archive Resources In Yangzhong City

The implementation of the rural revitalization strategy is a clear requirement of the 19th and 20th National Congresses of the Communist Party of China,covering the economic,political,cultural and other aspects of rural life,and its comprehensive promotion has brought new opportunities and challenges to the village-level archives work.As the basic work in the construction of administrative villages,village-level archives are of great significance to building new rural areas,developing new agriculture,and shaping new farmers.Through the active exploration of national and local archives departments at all levels,China’s village-level archives work has made some progress and results,Yangzhong City also organized the administrative village to gradually carry out archival work according to relevant work requirements.However,in the promotion of the rural revitalization strategy,the number and types of village-level archives have increased sharply,which cannot be scientifically and effectively managed,and the problems of unscientific construction and unreasonable structure of the village-level archive resource system have become increasingly prominent,which is not conducive to the smooth development of the construction,development and utilization of village-level archive resources.As the true record of its industrial transformation,rural construction and farmers’ life,the village-level archive resources of Yangzhong City have important value for improving the level of social governance,but many village-level archives have not been effectively managed and deeply developed,and how to build a village-level archive resource system,optimize resource construction,development and utilization,make it serve the social governance of administrative villages,and help rural revitalization is a new issue worthy of attention.This paper takes the construction and development and utilization of village-level archival resources as the research object.Through reading the literature,it can be found that in recent years,China’s village-level archives work has achieved improvements in the filing rate,increasingly perfect laws and regulations,and initial results in resource development and utilization,and at the same time,it has also been found that there are problems in village-level archives management,such as poor awareness of archives,lack of standardization of business management,and low utilization rate.How to do a good job in the construction of village-level archive resources,make better use of archives in rural revitalization,and give play to the due value and function of archives is a problem that all village-level archives management staff need to think about.By investigating the practice of the construction and development and utilization of village-level archive resources in Yangzhong City,this paper summarizes its current situation,achievements and existing problems,analyzes the causes and influencing factors of the problems in depth,and finally proposes an optimization path to provide reference for the development and utilization of village-level archives.This paper consists of five parts,firstly,the introduction introduces the background,significance,research status,content method,innovation points and shortcomings of this paper.The second part defines "village-level archives" and related concepts,and points out the role and value of carrying out the construction,development and utilization of village-level archive resources.The third part analyzes the archival work measures based on the investigation of the current situation of the construction,development and utilization of village-level archive resources in Yangzhong City,summarizes the effects and achievements,and explores the problems and the causes of the problems.The fourth part builds a village-level archive resource system,and relies on this system to put forward optimization measures for the construction of village-level archive resources in Yangzhong City.Finally,in view of the specific problems existing in the development and utilization work,strategies are proposed to provide reference for the administrative village to carry out relevant work.
