Research On The Realization Dimension And Innovation Strategy Of Enterprise Archives Information Development

The development of enterprise archives information is an important channel for enterprise archives to realize their own value and actively serve the development of enterprises.It is also a necessary action to promote the innovative development and digital transformation of enterprise archives work in the context of informatization.At present,there is still a large space for the development of enterprise archives information in the aspects of factor support,innovation drive,resource construction and talent team.It is urgent to carry out relevant exploration.Through literature research,it is generally believed that the main modules of current enterprise archives information development are mainly four parts : archives resource system,archives organization structure,archives system specification and development technology system.In order to better understand the practice of enterprise archives information development,this paper makes a comparative analysis of 30 excellent enterprise archives information development cases selected by China Archives.With the help of grounded theory research methods,this paper sorts out the relevant elements of excellent enterprise archives information development cases.Through the three-level coding analysis,it clusters and refines the links between relevant elements,concept labels and axis attributes,and summarizes the four dimensions that affect the development of enterprise archives information,namely,the subject dimension,the mission dimension,the method dimension and the achievement dimension.On this basis,it puts forward the innovation strategy of enterprise archives information development.One is to improve the main relationship of synergy,including the synergy between enterprise departments,the synergy between enterprise archives department and archives bureau(library);the second is to build explicit development mission,including highlighting the distinctive value orientation,establishing a distinctive problem orientation,focusing on distinctive demand orientation;third,strengthen the application of link-based methods,including optimizing resource identification and control,consolidating resource base,promoting resource re-organization and strengthening resource reproduction;the fourth is to build a matrix of results system,including the matrix of results form and the matrix of results publicity.Finally,based on the above research,this paper puts forward the security system of enterprise archives information development in terms of organization,system,security and funds,which provides a reliable reference for subsequent research on enterprise archives information development.
