Research On The Construction And Management Of Village Level Archives Information

This paper mainly studies the situation of rural archives in Donghai County,Jiangsu Province.It mainly analyzes the classification of rural archives,the currently status and the solutions of rural archives in Donghai County.Finally proposes the idea of establishing a rural archives information service platform.According to the analysis,the classification of rural archives can be divided into15 categories,like administrative archives,personnel files,population files,land archives,health records,education archives,financial records,agricultural archives,environmental civilization archives and other files.There are several subcategories under each category,and a concept definition is defined for each type of archive.According to the questionnaire survey,the status of rural archives in Donghai County includes that most village-level leading cadres gradually realized the importance of archives work and the merger of natural villages and administrative villages,resulting in the loss of some archives in natural villages,and that villagers did not have a strong mentality to require archives open,and the archives work of Chengzhong Village is generally better than that of other rural areas;the existing problems in Donghai County's rural archives are incomplete,the quality is not high,the working environment is not well managed,the use of archives is insufficient,and the rules and regulations of the archives are not perfect.The reasons for the problems of the rural archives in Donghai County are” Six failures”-awareness is not in place;management is not in place;classification is not in place;publicity is not in place;financial support is not in place;rules and regulations are not in place;The method is to establish and improve the file rules and regulations system,improve the file management system,strengthen the level of attention paid by leading cadres to rural archives,strengthen publicity,and improve the personnel training system.This article discusses the status quo of rural archives websites and takes the Dongying District new rural archives information comprehensive service platform asan example for analysis;discusses the characteristics of urban archives websites;discusses the problems encountered by rural archives websites and the future development path of rural archives websites.
