| Along with the continuous development of China’s archives, the use of citizens’ rights is increasingly valued. Under the background of archives opening,there are still many problems in the realization of the citizen’s rights.In this paper,from the relevant theory of citizen archives opening and citizen archives utilization,combined with the existing research results, using the survey method and field survey, the paper analyzes the main problems existing in the process of archives utilization, and analyzes the main reasons for the realization of the use of archives in China. Finally, based on the experience of the protection of the rights of citizens in the use of the developed countries,the paper puts forward the strategies of realizing the realization of citizens’ rights of archives utilization in the three aspects of the construction of citizen’s own archives consciousness,rights consciousness,archives management service department and the construction of laws and regulations. In order to further improve and solve the problems encountered during the process of the use of our citizens in the archives,and to promote the use of archives information to better play its value,and to protect the real realization of the use of the rights of citizens. |
