Research On The Development Of E-government Software Project Schedule Management Based On Agile Software Development

In recent years,On the background of "Internet plus",the Chinese government information process has developed rapidly,many government departments are anxious to run the project on the line as soon as possible before they know what they really want in their business needs,which thus causing vague demand.Meanwhile,the change in working scale,high dependency relationshio on resources,limitation on working time,all these factors constitute the hard parts of E-government software project schedule management.According to the literature review and analysis,the main factors influencing the progress of E-government software project are:unclear demand,variable work scope,high dependence on resources,and urgency of working period.At this stage,our software enterprises are in the case of the human,strength,size and other resources limited,through the traditional software project schedule management method is difficult to quickly satisfied the customers' fuzzy and changing demand,this resulted in delays in the progress of the project,the cost increase.Therefore,this article is intended to improve the existing E-government software project progress management issues,and then explore the new schedule management methods.After literature review,using Critical Chain Method and other methods to solve the identified resource constraints,technical factors,time schedule optimization has been relatively mature,but most studies are based on the fact that the scope of the project is relatively clear,But most of the research is based on the project scope,the demand is relatively clear,unchanged,and can not solve the fuzzy demands which lead to delays in project applications.Most of the research on agile development is based on the whole project management research,this article focuses on the entry point of project progress management,further research will combine the flexibility of agile development with traditional project schedule management,integrate the idea of agile development into the problems faced by traditional development,Solve project progress management problem by developing agile implementation requirements,developing agile plans,agile time estimates,iterative controls,and so on.The research idea of this paper is background research,summarizing problems,analyzing problems,solving problems,and case verification.Firstly,The content,process,methods and problems of E-government software project schedule management are deeply analyzed in this paper,On the basis of analyzing the shortage of the traditional project schedule management method,this paper explores the solution,Secondly,this paper analyzes the feasibility of agile method system and its solution to e-government software project schedule management,Thirdly,focusing on project requirements and time,the process and method of e-government software project schedule management based on agile development are studied through agile executable requirement,agile plan and time estimation,iterative plan and so on.Finally,case analysis on XX Tourism Industry Credit Monitoring Platform,to verify the feasibility of the process and the effectiveness of the method,to provide a reference for solving the problem of E-government software project progress management.
