Abstract/Summary:
In recent years, with the rapid development of the Internet,China has gradually been developing its software and information technology service industry. The proportion of employees in the software field has been increasing year by year, making it an important and indispensable industry in the overall society. In the field of computer applications, software is the core module, and therefore the demand for the software market has been steadily increasing.Balancing the effectiveness and efficiency of software development is a core issue in software development.Agile development can effectively improve the effectiveness, but in terms of efficiency and progress, management needs to be strengthened.Currently, most enterprises still use traditional software development models. However,in the face of the increasing demand for software and changes in requirements during the development process, software development projects are increasingly focusing on close collaboration and face-to-face communication among team members. To adapt to the large number of changing requirements and complete projects more efficiently and with higher quality, project teams need to optimize the development model and use a more efficient development model to replace the traditional one.Agile development has been effective in improving CMMI management. It can adapt to changing requirements during the development process, which will be very effective in improving the overall project progress. This thesis initially understands the current situation of software projects in China by sorting out a large amount of literature.Based on this,it further understands the essence and overall framework of software project development models in China and points out the significance of establishing a software project progress management index system based on agile development models.Secondly,by collecting and organizing theoretical knowledge of progress management, agile development, and traditional development, and comparing the similarities and differences between agile development models and traditional models in project progress management, this thesis summarizes the research on software project progress management based on agile development models at home and abroad.Next, this thesis uses the Delphi method to screen out the factors that affect software project progress based on agile development models and establish a comprehensive index system.Analyzing the relevance of each index with agile development models, the index composition of the software project progress management index system is determined, and the weight of each index is calculated.Based on this index system, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the Tonglu High-altitude Observation software project. Finally, based on the research results and findings, corresponding progress control measures are proposed for similar software development projects to achieve reasonable allocation of resources. The purpose of this study is to explore the software project progress management method based on agile development models and analyze and evaluate its application effects.Through case studies and empirical analysis, the study found that software project progress management based on agile development models has high flexibility and adaptability, can effectively improve project management efficiency and quality, and shorten project development cycles. In addition, this method can effectively enhance teamwork and communication, promote the participation and innovation of project members, and improve the success rate of projects. The conclusion of this study provides strong theoretical and practical support for enterprises to carry out agile software development and is of great significance and value for promoting innovation and development in the software development industry.
