User Satisfaction Evaluation Of My Country's Public Data Open Platfor

In 2015,the State Council issued a notice on the Action Plan for Promoting the Development of Big Data,which clearly required that government information systems and public data should be promoted to be interconnected and shared,and a unified and open platform for national government data should be built,so as to take the lead in realizing the reasonable and appropriate opening of public data resources to the public in many important areas.At present,China’s research on data openness has also shifted from the sharing and opening of "government information","government information","government data" and "government data" to the opening of public data.Shanghai,Shandong and other places have also issued relevant regulations according to the actual situation of various places,which has played a great role in promoting the opening of public data and improving the construction of the platform,In order to better understand the actual effect and satisfaction of China’s public data open platform,it is necessary to build a reasonable and effective evaluation system to study the user satisfaction of the public data open platform.This paper first analyzes the attributes of China’s public data platform,which mainly includes the users and content composition of the platform.On this basis,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of user satisfaction of China’s public data open platform based on the principles of systemic,adaptability and operable.Combined with the user experience cellular model,it is divided into seven aspects: usefulness,Searchable,usability,ubiquity,interactivity,credibility and satisfaction,And structural equation model is used to build a theoretical model of user satisfaction on China’s public data open platform.Secondly,the theoretical model of user satisfaction established by the structural equation model needs to be verified with the data obtained from the actual survey.This paper uses the questionnaire survey method to understand the satisfaction degree of users on the public data open platform in the form of questionnaires,so as to determine the relevant weight of each influencing factor,establish the user satisfaction evaluation index system of the public data open platform,and finally draw the conclusion that users’ satisfaction with China’s public data open platform is in a relatively satisfactory state,above the middle level.Finally,according to the survey results,relevant suggestions on promoting the open platform of public data are put forward,including the following aspects:(1)improving the usefulness of data;(2)Improve platform accessibility and content searchable;(3)Improve the availability of platform functions;(4)Improve user convenience;(5)Enhance interaction with users;(6)Improve user satisfaction;(7)Improve the overall credibility of the platform.
