As an emerging instant messaging product,WeChat has become an indispensable new fashion for people.More and more companies and institutions are entering WeChat to open new business opportunities and bring more content and experiences to more users.At present,many public libraries have opened the WeChat public number and promoted reading through the We Chat public platform.Wechat reading and promotion are constantly on the rise and become a new form of public library reading promotion.At present,the research on public library Wechat reading promotion service is based on journals,and the content is mostly based on theory and lack of actual investigation.Therefore,based on the theoretical foundation and evaluation methods in the field of user satisfaction in the academic community both at home and abroad,this paper combines the public library Wechat reading promotion service system to design a public library WeChat reading promotion satisfaction evaluation index system.The public libraries that have already opened Wechat reading promotion services are investigated through a combination of online and paper questionnaires.The results of the investigation were quantified by the method of fuzzy evaluation.Provide specific suggestions for the specific projects of the existing WeChat reading and promotion,and provide a reference for the public library WeChat reading and promotion services.
