In the context of the continuous development of high-tech information technology and the continuous improvement of scientific and technological levels,cities have to continuously improve their intelligence and informatization levels as they undertake the functions of promoting economic development and social development,and have assembled into a complete system.The Chinese government has put forward the concept of building a "smart city" and determined it as a new type of urban development model.In the public service system of a smart city,information services are indispensable.Only on the basis of new technologies,it integrates public information resources in many fields in the city,builds a comprehensive information system,and gradually improves and optimizes to meet the complexity and change.User needs.Carrying out research on user satisfaction of smart city public information services in the context of big data can further understand the needs of people in smart city public information services,improve work efficiency and service quality,promote continuous innovation in smart city construction,and enable people to get real Efficient information service.First,it introduces and analyzes the research background,purpose,and research significance of user satisfaction of smart city public information services in the context of big data.Sort out the origin,significance and application of smart city,explain the relationship between them and determine the overall research framework.Furthermore,the theoretical basis of user satisfaction with smart city public information services is studied,including the discussion of its connotation,formation mechanism and influencing factors to provide a theoretical basis for establishing a user satisfaction evaluation model.Second,build a user satisfaction index model for smart city public information services.The theoretical basis of this satisfaction model is elaborated,and the classic user satisfaction models and 4C integrated marketing theory of Sweden,the United States and China are introduced in turn.At the same time,on the basis of drawing on and summarizing the opinions of different experts and scholars for the construction of a smart city public information service user satisfaction model,selecting potential variables,exploring measurable variables,and using this as a basis to establish smart city public information service users Satisfaction model.Finally,based on the empirical analysis of smart city public information service user satisfaction research,combined with the analysis of empirical results,with smart city usersas the center,from the implementation of satisfaction evaluation,influencing factors and system guarantee measures,three improvements Service quality,increasing service methods,and broadening service methods are the starting points,giving corresponding suggestions and specific implementation measures to ensure that users have higher satisfaction when using smart city public information services.
