During the "14th Five-Year Plan" period,the strategic supporting role of technological innovation in national development will become more and more obvious.As an important institution for providing information services,public libraries should seize development opportunities and accelerate digital development.Due to its simplicity and efficiency,We Chat has attracted a large number of users in society.Therefore,facing the diversified information needs of users in the new era,improving users' satisfaction with the information service of the We Chat public platform is an important measure for public libraries to improve the quality of information services.This article uses this as the starting point to carry out user satisfaction survey activities through modeling and empirical research.The main research work is as follows:First,this article explains the research background and significance of the information service satisfaction of the We Chat public platform of public libraries.Starting from the relevant research status at home and abroad,the main research content and research methods of this article are put forward to explain the information service of the public library We Chat public platform.The specific meaning is to explore the advantages and functions of public library We Chat public platform information services,and analyze that user expectations,user perceived quality and user perceived value are factors that affect the satisfaction of public library We Chat public platform information services.Secondly,based on the classic customer satisfaction index model and combining with the characteristics of the public library We Chat public platform,this paper selects six potential variables of user expectations,perceived quality,perceived value,user satisfaction,service image,and user loyalty,and the corresponding availability.Measure variables and make relational assumptions to build a public library We Chat public platform information service satisfaction model.Finally,this paper takes the We Chat public platform of the Hebei Provincial Library as an example,collects data using questionnaire surveys,and through reliability and validity analysis and structural equation testing,it is found that the public library We Chat public platform information service satisfaction model established in this paper is reasonable and feasible.Based on the empirical results,this article puts forward suggestions and countermeasures for enhancing the service function construction and optimizing information resource management to improve the satisfaction of public library We Chat public platform information services.
