Abstract/Summary:
With the continuous improvement of the search for professional talents by various enterprises,employee training has been paid more and more attention by enterprises.In order to better realize the value created by employee training to the enterprise and ensure that employee training is synchronized with the enterprise’s development strategy and development goals,it has become the choice of many enterprises to continuously optimize the enterprise’s employee training system.Founded in 1992,T Company is a wholly state-owned enterprise with nearly 3,000 employees and 29 branches and more than 200 offices across the country.Since 1996,T Company has been involved in the mobile phone distribution business and is one of the earliest nationwide mobile phone distributors.Due to the particularity of the industry,the dispersion of personnel and the differences in business and culture in different regions,it is extremely difficult to carry out training work,and the existing training methods and training systems can no longer adapt to the long-term development of enterprises.It is urgent to establish a set of targeted training systems in line with their own actual and business characteristics to better support the development of the company’s business and gain competitive advantages.This thesis takes the employee training of T company as the research object,guided by the basic theory of modern management and human resource management,on the basis of clarifying the relevant concepts and sorting out the relevant theories,using the interview method to conduct interviews with the company’s management,and then summarize the results.This thesis adopts the questionnaire survey method,distributes300 questionnaires to the company’s employees,and makes a statistical analysis of the survey results in various aspects,aiming to have a deep understanding and understanding of the current situation and problems of T company’s employee training system.The research found that the problems of T company’s employee training system are that the training content is not well targeted,the training courses are disorganized,the training needs analysis is not in place,and the training evaluation has not formed a closed loop.The main reasons are that the company does not pay enough attention to employee training,the training management system is not implemented in place,and the motivation of employees to participate in training is insufficient.In response to the above problems,this thesis puts forward optimization goals,optimization ideas,and optimization principles,and proposes optimization plans from the aspects of personnel organization,process system,management tools,and knowledge base creation,and puts forward safeguard measures from three aspects: organization,system,and talent.
