Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,historic changes have taken place in the cause of the party and the country,and socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era.In the new era,my country’s politics,economy,culture,society and other aspects have a new look and new development that are different from those in the past.my country has stood on a new historical position,and it is of great significance to study the new characteristics of the new era.In addition,my country has always been a big agricultural country.Farmer groups and agricultural development are an important part of economic and social development.Farmer issues have always been an important concern of the country.The construction and development of our new era cannot be separated from farmers as a group.The construction and development of our new era cannot be separated from farmers.As an organ of the CPC Central Committee,People’s Daily has high authoritative,representative and comprehensive reports.Therefore,this paper selects the farmers’ reports from the People’s Daily since the new era to build a corpus to study the characteristics of farmers’ discourse since the new era.,analyzes the two-way interactive relationship between farmers’ discourse and social construction in the new era,and compares the differences between farmers’ reports in the new era and those in the past.The main content of this paper consists of five chapters:Chapter 1 includes the research background,research status at home and abroad,research significance,Fairclough’s three-dimensional discourse analysis theory and the research design of this paper;the second chapter defines the concept of farmers,and conducts corpus construction and analysis.The general situation is sorted out;the third chapter analyzes the discourse characteristics of farmers’ reports in the new era from the perspective of text,including vocabulary,tone,style and rhetoric,and title;the fourth chapter starts with intertextuality,analyzes the discourse practice of farmers’ reports in the new era,intertextuality It is an important part of the theory of discourse practice.Through the analysis of intertextuality,we can understand the cooperation of the texts,the potential positions and the implications of the viewpoints in the farmers’ reports in the new era;Chapter Five starts with the social practice of farmers’ reports in the new era to understand the farmers in the new era The social practice characteristics and logic of reporting.According to the above-mentioned writing ideas and structure,through systematic analysis,the textual and practical characteristics of farmers’ reporting discourse in the new era are obtained,and several types of main farmers’ images created in farmers’ reports in the new era are sorted out.The important task of reporting is to rebuild agricultural production.professional honor.Through comparison,it is found that the discourses reported by farmers in the new era are basically consistent with the theme of the No.1 Central Document,and the frequency of new words with higher rankings every year is closely related to farmers’ practices and government policies in that year.For example,from focusing on farmers’ life and production in the past to paying more attention to farmers’ development practices,in this process,the dominant position of farmers has become more prominent,and the third-party prompts from the reporter’s perspective have decreased.At the same time,the two also have the same adjectives and adverbs.Colors are all positive.Research and discussion on peasant discourse in the new era has certain theoretical and practical significance for the exploration of journalism in the context of the new era and for enriching the breadth of peasant discourse research.
