| Outlook on People's Livelihood is a regular column of People's Daily's social section.As a "light cavalry with small incision and large pattern of comments",this column maintains a keen observation on social and livelihood topics and plays a positive and leading role.Using the theory and method of discourse analysis by Van Dijk,this paper focuses on the systematic study of "the 'constructive' of the discourse in the column of People's Daily's View on People's Livelihood" from the perspectives of text and context,as well as the combination of micro-structure and macro-structure of discourse ".In discourse research text view level,the paper through NVivo qualitative analysis software for the livelihood of the people view of selected 218 manuscript of words and word frequency analysis result shows that the concept of people's livelihood column focuses on "people",especially "migrant workers" "old man" "child" and other vulnerable groups,and the focus of people's livelihood as the change of era background and the changes of hot spots in a timely manner to guide public opinion can follow the people's livelihood.In addition,from the perspective of macro structure of discourse,the topic of the column is divided and analyzed,and it is found that the column focuses on long-term social issues,such as "elderly support","housing security" and "poverty alleviation",which can reflect the social climate change from a vertical perspective.Viewpoint of People's Livelihood mainly focuses on positive comments and focuses on the advocacy and publicity of positive emotions.Starting from the perspective of "interactivity" of context expansion analysis,this paper first analyzes the commentary of "View on People's Livelihood",and finds that the column not only propagates the voice of the Party,but also pays attention to listening to multiple voices and spreading typical experience and mainstream values.In addition,two conclusions are drawn after the emotional analysis of the "People's Livelihood Outlook".First,the column makes positive comments on positive news stories and phenomena to spread positive social energy.Second,positive comments are selected for negative news reports or social chaos to alleviate social anxiety.Either party's voice and spread good typical deeds or choose positive comment on social chaos is proved that the concept of people's livelihood is given priority to with advocating positive emotions comments stance,and advocate the positive emotions can not only reduce the panic and anxiety of the audience,but also can enhance people's happiness and sense of security,to the construction of a harmonious society.In addition,the paper studies the flow of meaning of "Encoding and Decoding" in the column of "Views on People's Livelihood" from the perspective of the combination of micro structure and macro structure of discourse analysis,and finds that "Views on People's Livelihood" spreads the mainstream voice easily and popularly from the perspective of ordinary people.Through the analysis of the modal words,coherence and style of the selected manuscripts,it is concluded that the low-degree modal words which are mainly reasoning occupy the largest proportion in the commentary text of the view of people's livelihood;In terms of content coherence,it has its own "hamburger" structure and comment schema,and is mainly based on progressive argumentation.In terms of language style,it is straightforward and simple,and follows the principle of "three closeness".It tends to use light and popular language,especially to use colloquial language and dialect to spread the mainstream voice.Through such straightforward language exposition,the audience can pay attention to,understand,reproduce,remember and accept the values expressed by the comment and integrate them with their original cognition,thus producing the social behavior expected by the comment author.This kind of behavior is usually altruistic or self-restrictive,which is of great significance to the construction of a harmonious society.Finally,through the research on the ending types and theme types of the selected manuscripts,it is concluded that the majority of the column of "Outlook on People's Livelihood" are solution-type endings,and the proportion of the solution category is the largest in the subject classification.The commentary on people's livelihood news in this column not only points out the problems existing in the society,but also adds suggestions to solve them.It pays attention to listening to various voices,and explores the successful experience of other countries and others to offer suggestions for China's social governance.Participating in social governance by proposing solutions is not only the responsibility and obligation of the media,but also a beneficial practice to promote the harmonious development of China's society.By summarizing the "constructive" discourse characteristics of "View on People's Livelihood",the following four suggestions are proposed for the constructive practice of other Chinese media's livelihood news comments: Comments on people's livelihood news should not only follow the will of the government and follow the top-level design guidance of the Party and the state,but also follow various social conditions and pay attention to the hot issues of people's livelihood.In addition,the media should also assume their social responsibilities and actively participate in social governance.By building a platform for multi-point of view convergence and unimpeded communication channels among the masses,the media can offer suggestions and suggestions for social governance and solve social and livelihood problems with a future-oriented approach.At the same time,journalists should also actively change their roles,seek and establish a professional view of "active journalists",and change from a spectator at the bow of the boat to a coordinator and participant of livelihood
