Since its launch in 2017,TikTok has expanded to more than 200 countries and regions in just three years,and is known as the representative of Chinese Internet companies’ internationalization.The United States is one of the major international markets for TikTok,and even though it has successfully entered the United States market and attracted a large number of American users,like other Chinese internet companies,it faces the risk of being sanctioned by the United States government,has become the domain enterprise manager and the scholars universal attention question.This paper studies the TikTok internationalization strategy risk,firstly,through combing the internationalization theory,risk management theory and the digital industry internationalization strategy risk related literature,summarizes the domestic and foreign research present situation,to provide theoretical literature support for the following risk analysis;to identify the international strategic risk of TikTok according to the current development situation and environmental factors in the United States,and to collect relevant reports of TikTok in the United States by data mining,according to Word frequency statistics and word cloud graph,the risks TikTok faces in American market mainly involve political risk,legal risk,cultural risk and technical risk,according to the relevant literature,this paper sums up the Strategic Risk Factors Index of enterprise internationalization,and combines the characteristics of short video enterprises to revise and perfect the risk factors index,and constructs the Evaluation Index System of TikTok internationalization strategic risk by using analytic hierarchy process,first-hand data was collected in the form of expert scoring,and risk was quantified by using YAHHP software.Tiktok was found to have a higher risk weight in the internationalization process than in the internationalization process,in the process of TikTok internationalization,strategic environmental risk is the main strategic risk,and the order of the weight of specific indicators is political risk,legal risk,cultural risk and technical risk.Finally,this paper analyzes the internal and external causes of the strategic risks of TikTok in the US.market from the political,legal,cultural and technical aspects,and puts forward preventive measures against the causes of the risks. |
