Research On Financial Risk Identification And Control Of HT Electronic Information Company

With the advent of global economic integration,electronic information manufacturing industry has gradually penetrated into Asia.As one of the first countries to contact and accept the electronic industry,China has always maintained an active state.Since the reform and opening up,China's electronic information manufacturing industry has developed very rapidly,and has gradually become an important industrial pillar of China's national economic development,as well as an important supporting force to enhance China's international competitiveness.With the rapid development of China's economy,it will inevitably lead to increasingly fierce market competition.Electronic information manufacturing enterprises are facing challenges and threats of various uncertain factors all the time.The financial risk is a comprehensive reflection of all kinds of risks faced by enterprises.Therefore,how to evaluate the financial risk and effectively control the occurrence of financial risk has become an important concern for the sustainable development of enterprises.In this paper,combined with the characteristics of HT Company's electronic information industry,on the basis of relevant theoretical research,taking HT Company as the research object,the financial risk of HT Company is studied.This paper first makes a comprehensive analysis of HT Company's financial situation through its 2015-2019 financial statements;secondly,it identifies HT Company's financial risks from five aspects: financing risk,investment risk,operation risk,growth risk and cash flow risk;then it introduces factor analysis method to analyze HT Company's debt paying ability,profitability,operation ability and development ability This paper selects the financial indicators from five aspects of HT Company,cash flow ratio,establishes the financial risk evaluation model of electronic information industry,quantifies the risk degree of HT Company's debt repayment,profitability,operation,growth,cash flow and the overall risk degree of the enterprise,defines the level of HT Company's financial risk in the listed electronic information industry,and determines the priority of each financial risk,so as to provide reference for financial risk control Provide direction and foundation.Finally,according to the problems existing in HT Company's financial risk,the paper puts forward specific and feasible risk control methods and suggestions.This paper mainly focuses on HT Company's financial risk evaluation and control,and further emphasizes the importance of enterprise financial risk management combined with its own characteristics and environment,so as to strengthen the company's financial risk management and effectively identify and control it,so as to reduce the possibility of financial crisis.
