| In recent years,with the promulgation and implementation of a series of pension and preferential policies for ex-soldiers,the life of ex-soldiers has been guaranteed to a certain extent and their material needs have been satisfied to a certain extent.But for veterans over the age of 60,due to age,body function decline,the social various aspects,such as resource,make its gradually aphasia and disability in the family and society,is easy to make them produce negative self-evaluation self-efficacy crisis,affect the physical and mental health,thus affecting the quality of life.Therefore,it is far from enough to guarantee and meet their life and material needs.It is also necessary to improve their sense of self-efficacy,guide them to play their own advantages,enhance community participation,and improve their quality of life.This paper takes retired veterans in rural communities as the research object,because compared with those in urban communities,retired veterans in rural communities are at a disadvantage in terms of living standards and resource access,and their self-efficacy is relatively lower,so they need more attention.During the study,based on the theory of self-efficacy theory and edge Angle,by means of group work method for practical intervention,self-efficacy formation of the four ways as intervention point,by increasing the successful experience,using the power of the model and to use skills and arouse the positive emotions of encouragement to promote Z community veterans self-efficacy of ascension,And in the process of group development,guide them to discover and use their own advantages,link social resources for them,promote their sense of self-efficacy and consolidate the service effect,so as to enhance community participation and improve the quality of life.Through on-site observation,unstructured interview and GESE scale and group activity effect assessment scale,the changes of veteran group members in Z community before and after participating in group activities were evaluated,and it was found that the self-efficacy of group members was significantly improved after participating in group activities.Finally,the author summarizes some of the results obtained in the research process.In addition,there are some shortcomings in the research process,which the author also made a reflection. |
