Research On The Mechanism Of Social Work Involved In The Improvement Of Vocational Skills Of Retired Soldiers

The employment of retired soldiers has always been the key and difficult point in our country.In recent years,the government has taken the improvement of vocational skills as a key measure to promote the employment of retired soldiers,trying to achieve their full employment.At the same time,China’s social work has developed rapidly,the theoretical system has been gradually improved,the practical experience has been accumulated,and the professional team is becoming larger and larger.Professional social work and government departments have formed a joint force to carry out services for retired soldiers,improve the vocational skills of retired soldiers and improve the effectiveness of work.All conditions are ripe.On the basis of absorbing the research results of academic circles,this paper comprehensively uses the methods of literature research and in-depth interview to investigate the current situation,problems and causes of the vocational skills improvement of retired soldiers in Hanyang District,Wuhan,systematically combs the service status of social work involved in the vocational skills improvement of retired soldiers in Hanyang District,establishes a trust relationship with retired soldiers,and uses the professional methods of social work to evaluate the needs of retired soldiers,From the perspective of Chinese social work embedding theory,this paper puts forward a scientific mechanism for social work to intervene in the improvement of vocational skills of retired soldiers.First of all,build a working community for social work to improve the vocational skills of retired soldiers,and clarify the main status,main responsibility and professional orientation of social work to improve the vocational skills of retired soldiers;Secondly,we should establish a sound mechanism for the coordinated service of the government,social work and retired soldiers,as well as a mechanism for the evaluation and supervision of social work services,so as to ensure that social work plays an important role;Third,the use of professional methods of social work to carry out professional services in career guidance,employment policy optimization,social support network construction,social resource links and other aspects to ensure service quality.
